Chose a tile for our kitchen backsplash and it wasn't until a few months later we realised that we were never asked what style (or shown) we wanted them laid. Enquired and it was "stack style". and to make a change to this we were going to be charged $250. Surely, you would show your clients what style you would want them laid? We dealt with Connie.
- Scott Curtis Added July 28, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have been trying to query my additional costs as I had to go through this place (Tile Direct Beresfield) with my builder. Been calling and emailing for 3 weeks with no reply. They originally stated they do not disclose a breakdown of the bill. Wouldn't give tile cost or laying cost. I went and got quotes from other tilers as I felt I was being ripped off and found I can get the whole job cheaper than what the additional costs are. Would not recommend.
