  Prompt and efficient. Very friendly greeting when I called in and very attentive service. Both Staff Members on reception were knowledgeable and took time to make sure I was fully informed. First class service.

  Thank you so much Kieran. I had a bit of an emergency in that my Sony adaptor had expired and I could not locate another for a perfectly good computer. Kieran was great and saved the day, able to locate the part that I needed and actually taking the time to call me personally the next day! After scouring websites and no customer service to call - the best solution was right here on Aussie soil - good for the environment as well, as I did not have to buy a new computer for the sake of a part. Thumbs up to Tecworks and a big gold star to Kieren. Kerry

  They had my Sony vaio for over two months then sent it back with no operating system and no workable product key. It hasn't worked well since I had to put win 10 on it (due to lack of product key). Sent them 20 images of different faults and bsod codes and they could only say it could be hw or see. As an ex computer tech, if you can't diagnose and shown up with probably parts you won't survive as a tech. Asked them to troubleshoot sw over the phone with me and they refused. Asked them to get parts before I sent machine back and they won't. Very unprofessional.
