I had also misplaced the bolts that hold the trampoline together. Not only did David from the warehouse find me a hoop to go with my tramp, he ALSO got me a another packet of bolts!!! AMAZINGLY NICE, HELPFUL and ACCOMODATING. Mytopia and David in particular deserve WAY MORE than 5 stars - 11/5.
