- Talha Masaud Added February 01, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Been using them for years with several positive experiences but when it comes to customer service they have none, last few orders have totally left me disappointed with them actually sending expired mouldy products. When called got told we usually check them but its just a matter of the guys missing it with no apologies or offer to fix their stuff up. Was so disappointed didn't even want to argue and just hung up.
- Anne Stewart Added September 20, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Argh have been a customer for years and buy regularly from here. However we got the wrong delivery (a different flavored protein powder) and we accidentally opened it as the containers all look the same.
I made a query and they said they won't give us the right powder and only a $25 credit. I'm happy to give back the old tub but the fact they won't exchange, I'm pretty angry. It wasn't our fault we got the wrong order.
We can't even use the new flavour because we can't stand the taste of banana.
