Initially tried to book a 9am appointment with Runsen this weekend but was told it was too early and he liked to sleep in. We settled for 11.30am but he then cancelled the appointment two hours beforehand saying he had changed his plans and didn't feel like meeting me because it was too hot. After telling him I had changed my days plans to suit the appointment he didn't seem to care that he had cancelled an appointment on a whim but also that had lost business. So don't give them your business because they apparently don't need it.
