Never in my life have I experienced less professional arrogant, impersonal and totally lacking in any customer service. , Im the eternal optimist and i feel embarrassed buy the shade in throwing. But I bet I'm not alone. St George bank standards have taken a dive or they just don't care about the customer.

If only every other business were to conduct the same level of customer service, the world would be a much friendlier one.

Waiting to get confirmation for withdrawal. Dona original lady that was serving me has gone home and I'm still waiting. Avoid at all cost.
