  I recently moved to Seven Hills and chose this medical centre based on the feedback of some of my colleagues. My first two appointments made a very positive impression. The reception staff have been very kind and professional in helping me solve all my problems quickly.

  Would give zero if it was an option --- Julia the receptionist is very rude and condescending. I was advised by the GP, Julia is not really sure what she is doing. After being told it was ok to schedule a phone consult, for what I required at the consult., a phone consult was then made for 10.50. As I did not receive the scheduled call, I called and was advised that there were 5 patients ahead of me and I would be contacted, but Julia was unable to give a time frame of when to expect a call. This really contradicts the point of a "Scheduled Appointment" .
  I was then called by the GP at 12pm, and then advised she would not be able to assist with my requirement and I would need to attend the clinic however she was to busy today. Absolutely no regard as to what availability the patient might have to reschedule and what other requirements the patient may need.
  This is not the first time I have experienced this at this clinic.... This is a "super clinic" where they obviously schedule as many people as they can to churn out the Medicare funds, with little regard to the actual patient.

  Seven Hills Medical Centre is one of the worst medical centre I have ever seen. They don't know how to talk with patients. I hardly go to the medical centre to see the doctor and because it's close to my place I went there a couple of times but I always have a bad experience. And this time, it's too much.
  So, I am deciding not to go back to Seven Hills medical centre in the future.
  who read this my humble request to go to another medical centre and quara your problem but don't go to this medical centre.
